Independent agency. We write the units your current program turns down — supercharged, lifted, diesel, past 90k, commercial — and after 90 days the commission you booked stays booked.
Send us your lot and every one of these gets pulled out and rated first. The rest of the lot gets an answer too. Only three vehicles have no program at all: Bugatti, Hummer H1 & H2, and Tesla.
A customer who cancels, refinances, trades or pays off early is owed a prorated refund. On a standard program your store funds it. On ours, after day 90, the administrator does. Put in your own numbers.
Your store funds the refund. You keep $396 of the $1,500 you booked — 26%.
The administrator pays the $1,104 refund. You keep all $1,500.
The customer is refunded the same amount on either program, and the lienholder is paid either way — the only thing that changes is who funds it. A straight prorate is shown; the actual schedule is set by the contract addendum. No chargeback on the first $3,000 of VSC profit after 90 days.
Your store, your website, and whoever should hear back. We pull the lot, rate every unit, and send you a page with the numbers — usually the same day. Or 15 minutes with Danny on what no‑chargeback does to your F&I PVR.
